access to bills & payments

I have no link to bills & payments, I am not PAYG, once registered does it take a while to obtain the bills & payment link.
I need to download .my bill each month ?

You should be able to find and download your bills both in the My EE app and your My EE account online.
Are you having a problem doing that?
If so, check to make sure you're set up as the bill payer in the 'My Numbers' section.
