I've been suffering alot of poor health and mental health and lost my.job which resulted in not being able to pay my mobile bill.
EE used to have an online chat system which made it easier for me mentally to discuss issues. Now it's gone???
Is there an email I can send to open discussions on my current situation?
- I can't find it anywhere, unfair to force to call when this makes things harder right now!
