I was called in April for a phone and contract upgrade. Within a couple of days (well within the 14-day period) I realised neither the phone (too similar to what I was already using) nor the contract was what I wanted.
I went into a store to return it, to be told to phone EE customer service.
So I phoned -- also within the 14-day period -- and I was told that a bag for the phone would be sent to me (for me to return the phone via post) and the contract would revert to the old one. The bag never arrived.
I phoned EE customer service this morning to be told that I needed to fill out an online form (which needs to be printed out and scanned ... really, in this day and age?) but only relates to under 14-day returns. The website specifically says that since it's over 14-days, I need to phone EE, which I did earlier this morning.
I have now tried 4 times to return the phone.
Help!

Hi @ShonaN
I'm sorry to hear that you've had such problems trying to return your phone within 14 days. I've sent you a private message to get some information from you.
Please have a look and get back to me
Thanks
Chris
