I've been trying all morning to get through to anybody helpful to see if I can add an extra device to my bill, yet I keep getting hit with holds, then told they can't access my account to check if i'm eligible BUT they can offer me broadband! I've tried going through the in-app chat and phoning them and both times has been the same. I just want to be able to add another device to my bill, but getting help is like drawing blood from a stone that just wants to sell you broadband.
If anybody knows the best way to get through to someone helpful, I'd appreciate it a lot.

Can you not add another device via your online account.

@flootdesigns , just press option 2 to get through to someone to speak to one of the guides.
