Been trying to log into my account for the last few months to pay my bill. Try through the app it says error occurred and takes me to login via web browser. Same thing happens on there!

@Spl9899 : Can't answer your Q but try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

That’s what I’ve been doing the last few months but it takes ages and was just wondering on why i can’t login to my account. I can’t login to any EE app, for the WiFi, the TV app i got or through any web browser.
