Why can’t I turn ‘Parental Controls’ off in my EE account? I’m well older than 18! I have tried several times in my account to turn Parental Controls ‘off’, by sliding the slider from 12+ to 18+, then saving the new setting, and it says on-screen that it HAS been saved, but…. When I then click ‘back’ to my account settings page, it is showing as 12+ again! So I then use the slider on that page, and slide it from 12+ to 18+, and again it confirms that it HAS been changed, but when I then click on ‘Check Parental Control Settings’, when the new page loads, it has reset to 12+ yet AGAIN! So PLEASE, HOW DO I TURN PARENTAL CONTROLS OFF, so they then REMAIN OFF? Thank you.
