Failing miserably to find my account. How do I get to it?

If you log into your EE Online account through this link, that's where you can manage your account.

Found this in my junk folder.

Using the link doesn’t seem to get to the manage my account.

No sign of it.

It says link Ee mobile and broadband.

I don’t know what that means.

All I want to see is my account.

Hi @Enjayk,

That message would indicate that you haven't yet added your products to your EE online account.

The easiest way to do this is by tapping the Link a product tile in the EE app.
