Where do I trade in my old device now my new contact is up and running?

Hello,

I stated in my order that I wanted to trade in my old Galaxy S10. My new contact is working now (everything is great btw) where and how do I send my old device?

@Tom41mills  You should be sent a returns package to send the device in.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ah ok, I didn't recieve one with my order.
