Whats going on at EE?

Currently on a live chat still waiting to speak to someone, estimated time 5 minutes currently been 1hou 25mins.

I'm trying to find out why they have overcharged me for over a year? There is a 20% discount on the account, it says it on the bill but they haven't actually taken it off. I've been with Orange/EE for 19 years this is getting ridiculous.

You're doing the right thing in speaking to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check if there has been a billing error and correct it, if needed.

If you're struggling to get through on live chat, it may be worth trying to give us a call on 150.

Welcome to the community,

I suspect they are busy dealing with calls and that is why you are having to wait.

Why have you left it this long  and not checked your account and bills sooner? I always check my bills and bank accounts to make sure what I am paying etc., this does seem to be your own fault for not checking, not sure whether you will get a refund, nothing we can do here.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Nonsense, we had an agreement, a contract in fact, EE have broken the terms of that contract by taking more money from me than we agreed.

Hey Christopher,

Thanks for your message, that's been 2 hours on the chat now I thought it would be quicker than the phone line. I'll try that when I get in from work

If you think that’s bad I got told my wait time was 50 minutes and I didn’t get through all day
