Hi all, long story short, two weeks ago I have pre-ordered s23 ultra from EE(delivery 17th od Feb), my wife did same thing but with normal S23.
However last Friday after we did math we have changed our minds and choosed to buy them directly from Samsung and pay as we go, EE deals were too expensive. On Friday I have canceled order with EE for myself and wifes phonws. We bought phones from Samsung, they came in Saturday and everything was ok until today.
Parcels arrived, same phones but from EE. Ok they sent them early even after we canceled deals, not a big deal....
Well it is a deal! Phones are not linked to our accounts, I spent 30 min on them phone and was talking to 3 different guys and noone had clue how to sort it out.
So should I assume that EE doesn't want them back and I can keep them?
Seriously I am trying to be fair but noone is helping me to sort it out. Can someone contact me and make it easy?

@Joloxx9 If they arrived with EE paperwork and you don’t want to keep them you have to return them, do not keep them or you’ll be paying for them. Your cancellation didn’t go through before the devices got allocated and dispatched to you. Call customer services again and explain the situation.

They arrived with we paperwork, as I said before I have contacted EE 3 times today and spent 30 min explaining same thing over and over! They know what happened, but as they cannot see any devices linked to our accounts they cannot claim them back or something like that. Seriously I do not have time for that, I moved both numbers to O2, and just want to get rid of those devices. That's why I want to know how can I return them, there is no issue to drop them to store etc but I just need simple guide what should be done.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you complete the Return request form online, one of the returns team will contact you within 72 hours, they can check the accounts using the device details and your address they were sent to, and help you get the devices returned to us.

I mean I do not mind to keep those phones if they stay free 🤣
