Why am I suddenly getting direct debits for EE device payments? Not a clue what this is? 
Am I being scammed?

@Kieran721  Are you an EE customer?  If you are have you upgraded to a flex tariff?  If you have you are billed separately for the airtime and the device so it’s two payments.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Same thing has happened with me, and I believe ee are selling this without being clear to what is entails.

@Jptmm   It’s very clear.    Online you have to go through the process of this and if it’s via phone you are told exactly what’s happening and you even screen share.    Just accepting everything and not reading anything isn’t EEs fault.  Via a store sale it’s right in front of you.
