I’ve had my iPhone 11 since 2019 on a 2 year contract, however this is 2025 and I’m still paying this inflated monthly bill. I find the app/site incredibly difficult to check or find account details etc and I would like to be moved to a sim only pay as you go deal like everyone else I see around me. Either that or I’d like to be upgraded for the same monthly payments as I’m currently paying. Can someone please contact me asap to discuss.
Thanks and kind regards
Mark

Hello @Marky111 ,
Welcome to the community,
Contracts do not just end, you should have either upgraded to a new phone or changed to a sim only contract, which you can now do, and if you want to upgrade to a new phone, you have the possibility of having a phone on. Flex pay for 2 or 3 years interest free and a sim only contract, you should have received notification that your minimum term was ending, but also a good idea to keep a look out yourself on your contract..
You can either take a look yourself by clicking on shop or by giving customer service a call.
We cannot do that for you, this is not customer service,, but a publc forum, we have no account access and do not know who you are.
