Hi I went into an ee store and upgraded in store from a galaxy fold 5 to the fold 6 done all the paperwork got my phone then a few months later I get a bill for my old phone I've been going back and forth from shop to customer service for months and got no where just wondering if anyone can help

Do you recognise the number that is shown on the bills for the "old phone"? Did you inadvertently order a new connection than an upgrade?
What have CS offered you so far by means of resolution? You mention "got nowhere", but can you be more precise on what has been said?

@John585 , did you report your phone lost or stolen in the first place?
