I have had issues viewing my bills previously and since it wasn't urgent, I had left it until recently receiving an email to 'view my bill' which I was inclined to click on! Rather than taking me straight to my billing page as BT did previously before dumpiing me with EE, it just took me to thier website where I had to search high and low for the billing page and guess what? Something went wrong again and I couldn't view my bill! I decided to phone up and had spent a good 30 minutes on hold and to provide pin numbers on several occasions in between and when finally was told the problem was fixed, I ended the call to check and view my bill and low & behold - it didn't work... Nothing had changed! After several attempts I gave up! Never have I ever come across a broadband company that's so incompetent. The tech guy Mark was apologetic and friendly but couldn't help! I find nothing is easy with EE - Unhelpful like not having a live chat!

Welcome to the community.
Does the same thing happen through the EE App and the EE Online desktop site? Are you able to try logging in on a different device, to see if the same thing happens?
