I’ve just tried to call the payment team but was kept on hold for an hour and then just cut off! !
I made a payment, it has gone out of my bank account but EE said they have not received it, so I had to pay again to get my phone working again, so now I have paid twice ! Who can I talk to about this?
being kept on hold for an hour then call ended is disgusting. Sad in this day and age you can’t just talk to a ‘real’ person when you have a ‘real’ problem.

I am sorry you are having an issue with a missing payment and the call you made disconnected, I can appreciate how frustrating that will have been.
In the case of a missing payment, if you first contact our billing team with the details of your payment they will run a trace to see if they can locate the payment in our system.
If they are not able to see it they will then send it for further investigation with our payments team to help make sure the payment is located and allocated to your account.
