Hi there,
I only use the website to access my account details, I don't want to use the app.
I am only able to see the current month and previous 2 months online where payments have been made to EE.
Why is there no drop down option to see older payments made?!
I don't want to call and speak to anyone, and would simply like to be able to view older payments made. How can I get access to this?

Welcome to the Community!
We know how important it is for you to be able to view your bills, so I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing bills from further back when you are logged in. You should be able to see more than just your last 3 bills, so you would need to speak with the team about this, either by giving us a call, or by logging in on the app and using our live chat service.
I appreciate neither of these options are the ideal solution for you, but we do not have another option to get this raised.

This not what we want. We want to download our bills on a pc not on our phone that isn't using EE

I can view bills but couldn't download them. Today the option is back and can now download them.
