Updating bank card details

I’m trying to update my bank card details cos the other one has expired. It lets me fill it in then I get a screen with the new bank details but when I press confirm it goes back to the start wanting my new bank details again😡

@Filaw1 : Are you on PAYG? Contracts don't hold bank card details, only bank account details for a DD.
