I'm having issues getting VAT invoices for a couple of months now through either website or app. Any ideas?
Customer support says they're having issues and will email me them...nothing happens!
Not exactly good business support....

I presume this is a business contract. There are no VAT receipts on personal.
All you can do is keep badgering CS or lodge a complaint.

Thanks for the reply...it is indeed a business account. I've been able to get them for quite a few years now up until a few months back. I'll keep trying....

Thanks for the replies...I've had the issue before and it resolved after several months. Others had the same issue it seems but not sure about this time. Come contract renewal it's time to move on...as a business it's basic stuff to be able to get a VAT invoice...
