Hi
i have a upgrade anytime plan and looking to switch phones. If I decided to upgrade on the 1st march 2023 would I still be effected by the price increase that’s planned in for end of March (14.4%) I think it was or would it not be effected until 2024.
I’ve read a few different posts saying different things.
thanks 😊

The date you upgrade is irrelevant to this. You may well upgrade in the middle of a billing month but when you upgrade you do not change your existing billing date. You will miss this annual increase if your 1st billing date after you upgrade is on or after 31 March.

paid direct debit around the 24th.
To confirm if I upgraded on or after the 16th I would miss the increase
Thank you
