Samsung s23 contract

Hi, 

I just recently upgraded to Samsung s23 and it's been 4 days and my new contract new plan is not on my phone but my old plan is still appearing. As ee will be taking money for the old plan and not my new one. Does maybe someone know when my new contract is going to appear and how is it going to work

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

It only shows my old contract 

@Nataly2   Are you sure you upgraded and didn’t take out a new contract.   

Yes I am sure, I was with there and they were doing a upgrade

When upgrading in store, your new plan should be updated on your account straight away.
