Want to take advantage of the swap present iPhone 13 for a new iPhone but don’t want to pay any more than what I pay now. With an increase in billing in march I will be paying £140 monthly for two phones I already pay for.

You should speak to EE CS on 150 and see what they can do. That said you're after a premium handset and that comes at a premium cost.
