How do I swap a phone I've only just got it yesterday but it wasn't the right one

@Gemma134  Where did you get this from ?    If it was a store sale you’ll have to take this up with that store.     If it was an online/phone sale you need to call customer services and then them you don’t want the device so it can be returned.   You can then order the correct device,   You can not just swap a device.

To add, online & telesales purchases in the UK come with a statutory 14day "change of mind" right of return.

No such right exists with retail store purchases.
