Upgraded contract but new plan not updated

I have recently upgraded my phone from Iphone 14 max to the samsung 24 ultra and received the phone last week.i have sent the iphone back but my plan has not been updated yet and my old iPhone plan is still showing.

Does it show the correct plan in either the EE App or your EE Online account?

No it is still showing my old plan in both the ee app and online
