Hi I'm trying to upgrade but when I click on the phone it says sorry no suitable plans Available

Are you now eligible for an upgrade?

I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, but you may do well to wait until Tuesday, as they could be very busy today and due to the funeral tomorrow, customer service will be closed for a couple of hours, but may be short staffed as well.
