Basically I pre ordered a new I phone 2 days ago I wanted the I phone 14 PRO in silver and turns around I looks at the email last night to see when’s it getting delivered and the guy has put me down for a 14 PRO MAX and I am not accepting that as I don’t want it wondering if you can change

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
