I have contacted ee and bin told I failed security I am struggling with money and was going to see if I could pay outstanding in full from now on on 26th and if until then service could be put back on if not I’ll break my sim and get a pay as you go I feel like I have bin held to ransom here as I didn’t want this it was pushed upon me

If you pop into your nearest EE store with some ID, they can reset the security password on your EE account.
