Hi
I've been able to upgrade my phone for the past month, over the last couple of days I decided to look into it.
Depending on which phone I want, I have found a better deal elsewhere. So to cover my bases I asked EE for my PAC code and since then, EE are now saying I'm not eligible to upgrade. Online chat is nowhere to be found. It now feels as though EE are saying "goodbye, we don't care". I've been with EE since 2009 and I think I would like to stay but it is now making me feel like I want to change provider.
If anyone would like to try and clear this up, would be much appreciated
