I have recently requested an upgrade to an iPhone 12 but I think I’ve actually added an additional line to melt account??

Welcome to the community,

If you ring customer service they should be able to either cancel or change your order to an upgrade, this happened to me once, and spoke to them and got it sorted.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
