Upgrade to SIM only impossible via Website or App

Hi. I am getting extremely frustrated with the inadequacy of the website and app for doing what should be a simple upgrade at the end of a contract. I am trying to move to a SIM only deal, the website just reverts back to another number on my account when I yrt it and the App goes from showing a £0 upfront charge with £16 a month cost to £ 189 upfront charge £16 a month cost at the check out. I can not believe that an organization the size of EE has such an inadequate App and website.

Give EE CS a call on 150. It will be done in minutes and you might be able to get a better deal.

I get the same issue when trying to upgrade. EE make it so hard to give them money sometimes.
