Upgrade not possible

I have ee mobile and ee broadband. I am on EE one. There doesn't seem to be a upgrade one plan available.

I agreed to get ee broadband for the benefits. Getting £20 off my next contract sounded like a good idea. Im very disappointed.

Please advice why I cant upgrade with ee one benefits?

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is worth checking in the EE app and the EE website to check if the same thing happens on both, and then uninstall and reinstall the app, and clear the cookies and cache from your browser.
