Upgrade hasn't arrived

Hi, I ordered an upgrade on the 09/07/2024, on 17/07/2024 I received a text saying that my upgrade had been reversed and the credit agreement cancelled. 

I never received anything from the courier to say when it would be delivered or any communication whatsoever. 

I've gone onto the app this evening to see if it had corrected itself and I could go ahead and try again to see that I am being billed for my previous contract, with my new phone that I haven't received, that I'm now in a contract for another two years, and the offer that I originally tried to upgrade to has gone and it's up by £20pm.. 

Will I need to call up EE or will it correct itself come the next billing date on the 21st July?

If the plan has been changed back and the contract dates have not been corrected, please call us on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
