It sounds like you're coming upto the end of your minimum term, which many people confuse with their contract "ending".
All that happens at this point is that, should you wish to, you're free to give disconnection notice, upgrade your phone, or change to a SIM-only plan.
If you're happy with your current plan and want to continue, then you are free to do so - and nothing will change except for a 10% monthly discount after 3months.
