Failure set up autopay instructions

I lost my authorised direct debit credict card. I couldn't set up new credict card autopay payment.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Has your bank account sort code and account number changed? It's those details that are used for a direct debit, rather than your debit card number.

You can set up your bank details (sort code & a/c no.) under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
