Hi! General question upcoming...
I'm currently on BT mobile and out of contract. I'm looking to upgrade my phone + plan together but with EE as I hear they are merging as one company. Do I contact EE or BT to do this? I want to keep my number so I know about all the PAC business. I'm slightly confused because there's an option on the BT website to upgrade to EE, but on the EE website there's nowhere to input my BT mobile details to get an offer?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

BT should be able to process this for you or transfer you to appropriate department and factor in all the discounts you can get for staying within the BT/EE Family.
Some offers involve switching the Broadband and everything over to get Unlimited Data Airtime offers for a significantly discounted rate on Flex Pay.
There are other options available if you leave the Broadband as it is on BT, but those offers are not quite as good (and you'll have to switch in the future anyways so may as well do it now to get a good deal on the phone if you can).
They should be able to let you know your options anyways.
