Upgrade button not working

Going round in circles, then it tells me I cannot be logged in grrrmph...

Thinking of changing to a payg as there is no roaming charges - or alternatively check upgrade options. Or so I thought

Phoned 150 earlier which was a debacle. She shouted into the phone, constantly had to check with the manager and did not get my questions. I didn't get her acccent, oh the joys.

Offered 20GB for 12 quid on contract which sounds ok, however monthly roaming charges as I do travel a lot - she could not tell me is it 10 or 15 quid.

Would be nice to check plans and handsets online, but as I can see many have tried before...

Hoping customer service can enlighten me?

There will be after 6 June & they will more expensive than on contract. The roaming charge on contract is £15 / month; on PAYG it will be £10 / week.
