Upgrade?

I’m told I can now upgrade but to be honest I really need to downgrade as I just cannot afford £194.00 every month!!!!

You can downgrade if your contact minimal term has come to an end. I suggest you speak to EE CS on 150 about how to reduced your bill.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
