Upgrade amount credited to account

I ordered an early upgrade this morning. But the upgrade fee has been credited to my account. Is this normal?

Yeah - when your bill is produced it'll net off.
Same happens when you upgrade and there's an upfront fee. It'll show as a credit on your account until the bill is produced.
