Cancelled my sim

Hi 

I had cancelled my sim (cancel any time) pay as go. But EE has not cancel it and shows me as a default. It has affected my credit score, I didn't receive any email /post about delay or default notice.

How to sort this out

@Gunjank  a pay-as-you-go will not affect your credit score if you do not top up as you’re not under contract and there is no credit agreement between yourself and EE.   Are you sure you’re not a sim only contract customer as that would effect your credit report if you do not pay your contract fee each month. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

 

 Data SIM 40GB £20

It was just 1 month contract.

 I didn't receive any communication related to outstanding bill and it was cancelled by me over chat just after a month. How can I contact them
