Hi
I ordered an upgrade phone yesterday but then noticed that the line rental charge was not as i expected so a couple of hours later I cancelled the upgrade over the phone.
As the phone had not yet been despatched they diverted the phone back to them and i have checked the DPD tracking and can see it is being sent back to EE.
However I am still getting texts with my new contract details etc and I have also checked my EE account and can see that a new contract is in place and it says I have upgraded.
I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and how long it takes for your account to be updated and revert back to the original contract I was on. I don't want my next bill to be incorrect and end up paying for a service and phone and I don't actually have.
Thank you

Hello @Charlotte403 ,
Once the phone has been returned and logged as so, your account will revert back to the original contract, and any upfront costs will be returned also, within 7-10 working days of reverting contracts to the original contract.
