Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced similar scenario to me whilst trying use upgrade Anytime.
I am currently within the last year of my contract, phoned 150 today to enquire about upgrading to the iPhone 17 pro. Everything was going great they offered me a contract price of £73.80 and no upgrade fee. The agent then proceeds to start sending me the documents to approve, she then asks to put me on hold and then returns to tell me there has been a glitch in the system and they can only offer me that price if I pay a £550 upfront cost or alternatively it would be £95 a month with no upfront cost.
I'm struggling to understand how a glitch in the system can leave out a £550 upfront cost to the point it is not even mentioned on the documentation I was required to approve.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.
