Upgrade Anytime (can't upgrade)

I have an upgrade anytime contract, and i am well into it (18months) with only 6 months left to run. When i try and upgrade online, whatever phone i choose to upgrade too i am greeted with this message - Sorry ANDREW, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.

So i can't upgrade!! - Whats that all about?

Have you tried ringing customer service to upgrade? You may even get a better deal.

Hi, no i haven't got time to be on the phone at the moment. I like to do it online, see what options i have, and see what tariffs there are etc... I have done it online the past 20yrs, what is the matter with the service at present?

@Waitey9 , this is not customer service and most of us here are customers like you, so no idea. You could still take a look at the tariffs, just log out and have a look, that will give you an idea.

What phone were you thinking of getting, model, colour and storage size, possibly one of the members of staff can also let you know whether there is a waiting list, especially if it is for the new IPhone?
