Hello ,I'm currently using xxxxxxxxxxx,number ee and happy, I whould like to buy iPhone 14 Pro 256 Gig ,one of your staff told me I have to pay each month 69.30 .could you help me a bit I confused

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Ebrahim2226221 , if you are upgrading to a new IPhone, then you have to pay for it including the package you have chosen for 24 months, and that is what you are paying, the phone is not free, surprised you are confused.

On the other hand, if you are buying your phone elsewhere, then you can have a sim only contract, which would then cost you less, depending on package, but you would still have to pay for the phone if you bought it elsewhere. Hope this clarifies things for you.
