When can i give notice to cancel a contract?

I would like to upgrade but the prices are crazy compared to other providers. Was hoping to speak to someone through a Live Chat but no option to do that.

@NP4Perry  Live chat is available when you login to your online account,  you’ll have to wait for it to pop up through.    To terminate you have to give 30 days notice 30 days before your minimum term or you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of the contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

To cancel a contract you would need to call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586.
