I would like to ask about changing the upgraded plan. I ask to upgrade my sim only to a new iphone 14 pro max 1tb plan today however i was quoted a different price for 24 months. I rang 150 to do the upgrade over the phone earlier today then rang them again this afternoon to ask them to change my upgraded plan sam as my sister's offered plan. My sister took the same phone 14 pro max 1 tb and was given the NHS discount upfornt and monthly charges lower than mine. I would like to apply for NHS discount for the upgraded plan, please help.
