Upfront cost refund

Hi team,

I recently paid £25 deposit for an iPhone 13 Pro max.

i no longer want the phone and would like my cash refund back.

i have been into to store and have been told I can’t get the money back as I chose a price plan. I did not sign anything so I’m guessing this illegal.

can someone please let me know next steps.

@FADGEYENA87  where did you take this contract out if it was in store then you don’t get a cooling off period you only get a cooling off period with online or phone sales.
