I've managed to build up substantial credit over the last few years and have no need for it to be sat in my EE account, so I would like it to be released back to my billing account.
Since there is no email contact, I'd tried to call CS on 150 but there was not an appropriate option in the automated response to get me the answers I need or through to a rep.
How can I get this credit balance released back to me?

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.
