Hi @Beckie098 

It would need to be looked at our customer service guides, so they can check the plan and get it corrected. 

You can call from another phone as @bristolian has mentioned, but if it is a pay monthly contract, you can also try to contact the team through the chat option in the EE app. 

You just need to select the Help option in the app, scroll to the bottom and choose Talk to Us and then Message Us.
