Why have you taken £73 out of my account? What is this for? I am not a registered customer of yours! Please explain to me about this and thank you.

@SteveyBoy1967 this is not custom support it’s a public forum no one here knows anything about this payment you’ll need to call customer support about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

We don't have any account access here, so you will need to contact EE and ask them, however if you are not an EE or BT customer, then I suggest you call your bank and report it as fraud.

What sort of payment was it? E.g. direct debit, card, contactless?
