Fuming just checked my bank and ee ave taken £231.97 out my account when bills paid regular and only costs £67 and then when you go to check there having maintenance issues blooming fuming!!!!

They've over charged me by nearly £150 im livid!!!!

If a direct debit has been taken for the incorrect amount, you can contact your bank & claim it back under the Direct Debit guarantee. The money will be put back in straight away, however if the charges are correct you would be liable to pay them to the company.

If you have any queries on the bill after looking at the breakdown in the EE app or by logging in through the website, I'd recommend speaking to our billing guides.
They will be able to bring up your account and run through the charges for you.
