Hi there I phone up a week ago to cancel my contract but I got new phone that take EE so I would be happy to keep my contract going

@Brown21 Then you need to call customer services about that.

@Brown21 : When you called a week ago you were actually giving 30 days notice to cancel your contract. So it wouldn't have been cancelled yet. Call CS & ask for your cancellation to be cancelled.
